Hi my name is Garrett,

Born Singaporean and ameteur photographer.

Photography is often argued between an artform and a science. My take on the arguement is that all elements within the photo has to be a creative choice to be art. Makeup, posing, light, editing has to all be within control of the photographer before it is art.

For my photography, many of these elements are created by chance. I do not see myself as an artist, rather a persion trying to learn to appreciate the beauty around me and the things I have.

Hear me out as i share my thoughts on the technical aspects on photography and the more philosophical battles i had.
